Rotten comprises 5 songs showcasing the musical talent within the band, from hard hitting punk rockers through to melodic stripped back acoustic songs.

This Is War! formed in late 2021 and spent 2022 releasing a single per month, all of which were anthems and driven by catchy guitar hooks, rumbling bass lines and thunderous drumming, with a vocal performance being right up there with anything you’ve heard. During 2022, they built up a loyal fan base which saw This Is War! achieve 15,000 monthly followers on Spotify, through word of mouth and being championed by football pundit Jamie Carragher.

As with last year’s releases, the Rotten EP has been mixed by The Verve’s Si Jones and sound engineer Andy Fernihough at Faktory Studios and the legendary Crash Studios.
